To mark the occasion, Festival Partner LARK Distilling Co. and Hadley’s Orient Hotel will unveil the official Australian Antarctic Festival Cocktail. Crafted with LARK gin and inspired by Antarctica and the Southern Ocean, this signature cocktail offers visitors a unique taste of Tasmania’s Antarctic gateway city and will be available throughout the Festival.
