Held in Hobart, Australia’s Antarctic Gateway City, the Australian Antarctic Festival brings together our local, national, and international Antarctic community including scientists, technicians, tradespeople, government agencies, and suppliers to highlight their work on the frozen continent.

In 2026, the festival is expanding to include national and global participation.
This expansion provides sponsors with the opportunity to amplify their work on a global stage in addition to the Tasmanian, Australian and Antarctic audience, with a range of opportunities available, including:

In addition, the festival also welcomes donations and philanthropic support.
The Mawson’s Huts Foundation is a not-for-profit charity. The Foundation is a registered Deductible Gift Recipient, with all monetary donations tax-deductible.
